Sugar-free banana cake

Ingredients
- 3 units of eggs
- 3 ripe bananas
- 80 grams of oat flakes
- 80 grams of dried fruit of your choice
- 10 grams of chemical yeast
Instructions
- First, in a bowl, add the eggs and beat with a whisk until well blended.
- Once this is done, peel and place the bananas in a pot and mash them with a fork until they become a baby food.
- Soon after, chop your dried fruits (if they are in larger pieces) and add them to the eggs and bananas.
- Soon after, also add the oats in fine flakes, mix well, add the yeast and mix again.
- Finally, put your dough in a roast or shape already greased with oil, take it to the preheated oven at 200º for approximately 30 minutes, wait for it to cool completely, unmold and it's ready.
For dried fruit, you can use raisins, dates, pineapple or dried apples, depending on your taste. However, keep an eye on the ingredients that these dried fruits carry, because in some cases it is possible that, because they are industrialized products, these dried fruits contain sugar in their composition.
