Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) of oil
- 450 ml of warm water
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp of sugar
- 10 grams of organic yeast
- 5 grams of salt
- 800 grams of unbleached wheat flour
Instructions
- First, put the water, egg, oil, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl. Once all this is done, add the wheat flour little by little and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Soon after, knead and knead the dough until it is very smooth, without holding your hands, use the flour until it is that way. You can add more water to soften it or more flour to harden it, the important thing is that the dough is smooth, homogeneous and malleable.
- That done, put the dough in a pot, cover it with a cloth and let it rest for approximately 60 minutes.
