Milk-free carrot cake

Ingredients
- 3 cups of wheat flour
- 4 whole eggs
- 250 ml of oil
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 spoon of baking powder
- 3 carrots, cut into small cubes
Instructions
- First, in a blender, place the oil, eggs, carrots and beat for approximately 1 minute.
- Now, add the eggs and beat again for 1 minute until the mixture is very homogeneous.
- Soon after, in a bowl, add the wheat flour, sugar, salt and also add the mixture of oil, carrot and egg.
- Once this is done, mix well with a wooden spoon until it is very homogeneous, add the yeast and mix lightly.
- Finally, grease a shape, put the dough in it, take it to the preheated oven at 200º for 40 minutes and it's ready.
Tip: for your carrot cake without milk to be very fluffy, in step 4, right after adding the yeast, let it act for approximately 10 minutes.
To finish the cake, add a brigadeiro on top of your preference, it will make your cake even more delicious!
