Ingredients

- 4 large eggs

Instructions
Preparing the syrup
- In a pan with the fire off, add the sugar and a cup of water, turn on the fire and wait for it to boil.
- That done, when the mixture reaches a color that resembles the color of guarana, add another cup of water and leave it on the fire for another minute.
- Finally, turn off the oven and put the syrup in a shape, spreading on the sides and book.
To finish the pudding without condensed milk
- In a blender, add the eggs, milk and sugar. After that, beat this mixture for approximately 3 minutes.
- Soon after, place the mixture in the form already greased with the syrup, cover with aluminum foil and place the form in a water bath in a basin with water and vinegar.
- Now, take the form in the bain-marie to the preheated oven at 180º for approximately 1 hour and it's ready.
- Finally, remove the form from the heat and take the pudding to the fridge for 6 hours and it's ready, just unmold.
Tips: It is very important that you place your mold in a bain-marie in a solution of water with vinegar, so that you will be able to make your pudding without condensed milk without darkening your mold.
