For the fluffy or crispy blender pizza
We know that some people prefer the fluffy blender pizza and others may prefer it to be crunchier, so so that you can control these points and have a perfect blender pizza, you can change the dough rest time or even even the time the pizza will pre-bake in the oven.
If you are using an organic yeast and you want your pizza to have a thicker and fluffier dough, you can as soon as you put the dough and spread the dough in the form, wait about 5 minutes so that the yeast can act longer in the dough. , this will make it bigger and, consequently, fluffier too.
However, if you prefer a thinner crust pizza, you can just put the pizza in the oven as soon as you put the dough in the pan.
However, if you want your pizza to be even crunchier, you can increase the time it will pre-bake and even the temperature if you want a more golden style that is similar to pizzas from São Paulo or wood-fired ovens.
