Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 14 ounce can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, half of the Parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, artichoke hearts, and spinach. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spoon. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow the dip to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite bread, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
For a lighter version, you can substitute the mayonnaise and sour cream with Greek yogurt.
