Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk (250 ml)
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 3 units of eggs
- 1 cup mozzarella or parmesan cheese, if you prefer
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast for cake
Instructions
- First, put 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of oil, 1 cup of heavy cream and the 3 eggs in a blender.
- Then add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and salt to taste (we used half a tablespoon in our recipe). However, you can vary it at will.
- Finally, put 2 cups of wheat flour, give it a light mix, put 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast and hit the blender.
- After performing the steps above, your dough will be ready. However, you need to create a firm layer on the bottom of your pan or pan so that the filling doesn't sink to the bottom. So, take a tray or shape that with half of the dough it is possible to cover the entire bottom.
- Soon after, take this tray to the oven preheated to 180º for approximately 10 minutes, until the bottom of the pie is lightly baked and firm.
- Finally, add the stuffing on top of the pre-baked dough and then add the cup of mozzarella or cheese of your choice. - After filling the pie, spread the rest of the dough on top very carefully, so it doesn't spill and it doesn't get too full and your dough leaks. Return the tray to the preheated oven at 180º for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the dough is golden on top and it's ready.
