Banana Cake with Cinnamon in the Blender

Ingredients
- 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp of chemical yeast
- 2 cups (tea) of sugar
- 1 cup (tea) of oil
- 2 and a half cups of all-purpose flour, sifted
Instructions
- First, in a blender, place the sugar, oil, cinnamon, eggs and bananas and beat well until smooth.
- Done that, in a pot, put the wheat flour, baking soda and mix a little. Soon after, add the batter blended in the blender into the bowl of flour and baking powder, stir well until the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Finally, grease a shape with oil and sugar (to caramelize), add the dough, take it to a preheated oven at 180º for approximately 40 minutes and it's ready.
