Wholemeal vegetable pie

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of oil
- 3 units of eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1/2 unit of chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic already minced
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats (fine)
- 1 grated carrot (approximately 150g)
- 1 chopped seedless tomato
- 200 grams of chopped boiled broccoli
- 1 or more cherry tomatoes for garnish (optional)
- 1 little oil and breadcrumbs for the mold
Instructions
Preparing the Wholemeal Vegetable Pie
- First, place the eggs in a container, add two tablespoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of salt and beat lightly.
- Soon after, add the wheat flour, the oat flakes, a teaspoon of yeast and mix again.
- Finally, add the chopped onion and garlic, the cooked and chopped broccoli, the grated carrot, the chopped tomato, add a little salt and pepper and mix again.
- Once that's done, grease a container with the oil and then flour it with the breadcrumbs all over the surface.
- Soon after, add all the mixture to the already greased and floured container and spread the dough well for our whole vegetable pie. If desired, add the cherry tomatoes now.
- Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 180º for about 35 minutes until the pie is golden on top and cooked through.
- Finally, remove it from the oven and it's ready.
