Shrimp bobó (Bobó de camarão)
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of cassava (or the amount you prefer)
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 7 cloves of garlic (or as many as you like)
- 1 lemon for seasoning
- 1 box of sour cream
- 300 grams of shelled shrimp (or as many as you like)
- Coriander, onion, chives, paprika, black pepper and margarine to taste
Instructions
- First, put the cassava to cook with a pinch of salt in a pressure cooker.
- Then add the salt, seasoning (to your taste), lemon juice and a little pepper.
- In a pan, melt the margarine and sauté the garlic, onion, pepper and tomato.
- After sautéing the seasonings, add the shrimp, paprika and half of the cilantro and chives and stir well.
- As soon as the cassava is well cooked, hit a blender with the cream and a little water.
- Finally, mix the already beaten cassava with the shrimp, the rest of the cilantro and the chives in a pan.
