Potato gratin with cheese

Ingredients
- 5 potatoes lightly boiled and cut into slices
- 5 boxes of sour cream
- 5 large eggs
- 100 ml of milk
- Olive oil, black pepper, salt, dried parsley and grated cheese to taste
Instructions
- First, on a platter, put a thread of olive oil to grease the bottom and line it with the potatoes.
- Soon after, in a large bowl, add the eggs, cream, milk and mix well.
- Once this is done, add the parsley, black pepper, salt, grated cheese and any other seasoning you want to add and mix again.
- Now, put this mixture on top of the potatoes on the platter and let it drain between the spaces, and after 1 minute add more cheese on top.
- Finally, take it to the preheated oven at 180º for approximately 35 minutes and your potato gratin with cheese is ready.
