Ingredients
For the cake dough:
- 3 units of eggs
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 1/2 cup (tea) of oil
- 1 pack of lemon gelatin
- 2 cups sifted wheat flour (sifted)
- 1 cup (tea) milk
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
For the cake cover:
- Juice of 3 lemons
- 1 box of condensed milk
- 1 box of sour cream
Instructions
Dough preparation:
- First, place the eggs, oil, milk, sugar and green gelatin in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Soon after, put the wheat flour already sifted in a bowl, add the mixture made in the blender and mix again. After that, add the chemical yeast and mix again.
- Finally, put the mixture in a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180º for approximately 40 minutes.
Cover preparation:
- First, in a bowl, add the condensed milk, the cream and then mix the ingredients well.
- Soon after, add the juice of 2 lemons or more, depending on your taste (more lemon to make it more bitter and vice versa).
- Finally, mix well and you will see that it has formed a type of lemon mousse and the topping is ready.
Green lemon cake assembly:
- Finally, just unmold the cake from the mold and place the filling in the way you prefer on top of it.
- However, you can also add some lemon zest to decorate, it will be beautiful.
