- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the jalapenos in half, lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and membranes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture and set them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Dip each filled jalapeno half into the beaten eggs, then roll in the panko breadcrumbs until well coated.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the breadcrumbs are golden and the peppers are tender.
