Ingredients
For the blender carrot cake
- 2 cups of flour (wheat)
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 cups (tea) of sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 3 carrots, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 cup (tea) of oil
For the chocolate cover
- 2 tablespoon of butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of your favorite chocolate
- 1 cup (tea) milk
Instructions
Preparing the Dough
- Place the carrots, oil, eggs (with yolk) in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Done that, add the sugar, wheat flour and beat again. Note: The wheat flour must be added little by little, making small intervals.
- Soon after, add the yeast and mix lightly with a spoon.
- Finally, grease a tray, place the dough on it, take it to the preheated oven at 356ºF for 40 minutes and book.
Preparing the Chocolate Cover
- First, put the butter in a pan.
- Then add the milk, sugar and chocolate.
- Take the mixture to the fire and do not stop mixing until it gets very creamy.
- Finally, pour the mixture on top of your carrot cake and it's done.
