Simple chocolate pavé with lemon in the blender

Ingredients
- 1 box of sour cream (approximately 200 grams)
- 1 box of condensed milk (approximately 395 grams)
- 1/2 cup of powdered milk
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- 1 box of frozen condensed milk (leave for 30 minutes in the freezer)
- 1/2 box of sour cream
- 2 tbsp 50% chocolate powder
- 200 grams melted semisweet chocolate
Instructions
Preparing the lemon mousse:
- First, in a blender, place the condensed milk, the cream, the powdered milk, add the lemon juice and blend for approximately 2 and a half minutes.
- Finally, reserve the mousse for final assembly.
Preparing the chocolate cream:
- First, in a blender, beat the frozen condensed milk for approximately 2 minutes on high speed (beating the condensed milk this way it will have a consistency similar to condensed milk from a spoon).
- Soon after add the milk cream, the chocolate powder (or chocolate milk), the semisweet chocolate and beat until it is very homogeneous.
- Finally, reserve the cream for final assembly.
Assembling the chocolate pavé with lemon:
- First, in a bowl of your choice, make a thin layer of lemon mousse.
- Soon after, make another layer with the cornstarch biscuit that can be moistened with milk, if you prefer.
- Soon after, on the top layer put the chocolate cream and then another layer of cornstarch biscuit. Once this is done, just repeat the process until you reach the desired height.
- Finally, finish with the chocolate cream and take it to the fridge preferably overnight. If you want, use some lemon zest and chocolate chips to decorate and you're done.
