- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 onion chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon of saffron
- 2 tablespoon grated carrot
- Black pepper and chives to taste
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
Instructions
- First, in a blender, place the chickpeas, salt, onion, saffron, olive oil and beat well, until it becomes a type of cream.
- Soon after, put all the mixture in a bowl and add the carrot, chives, black pepper and mix well with the help of a spoon.
- Once this is done, add the rolled oats and mix again.
- Finally, take the mixture to the fridge and let it cool for approximately 20 minutes.
- Soon after, remove the mixture from the fridge, grease your hands and start shaping the dough to the desired size.
- Take the already shaped doughs to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
- Finally, remove the chickpea burgers from the fridge and brown them on both sides in a skillet.
