- 200 grams semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 1 cup (tea) and a half of sugar
- 3 tbsp margarine or unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup 50% cocoa powdered chocolate
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
- 100 grams semisweet chocolate for finishing (optional)
Instructions
- First, in a bowl, place the eggs, sugar and mix well, until you have a very homogeneous cream with a whitish color and set aside.
- That done, in another bowl, add the semisweet chocolate already chopped and add the butter and take the bowl in a bain-marie or microwave until the butter is completely mixed with the chocolate.
- Soon after, add the mixture of eggs and chocolate in a bowl and mix well until it becomes homogeneous again. That done, add 200 grams of 50% chocolate powder, wheat flour (without yeast), a pinch of salt, vanilla essence and mix again until smooth.
- Now, put the dough in a greased shape and if you prefer, put pieces of chocolate on top of the dough, if you choose.
- Finally, take the dough to the oven at 180º for approximately 35 minutes, and it's ready.
