Chicken fricasse

Ingredients
- 2 cans of green corn
- 2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp of oil
- 2 boxes of sour cream
- 1 onion chopped into cubes
- 3 gloves garlic, diced
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 300 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 1 unit straw potato to taste
Instructions
- First, in a blender, place the two cans of green corn (with its water), the cream and the cup of cream cheese.
- Soon after, beat the mixture for approximately 5 minutes, until it is very homogeneous.
- Now, in a pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil and when it is hot, add the onion with a little salt and brown it.
- Soon after, add the garlic and brown it well, along with the onion.
- Now add the cooked and shredded chicken breast and season with a little more salt and pepper, but only if you haven't added it before.
- Mix everything and sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Soon after, add the cream that was beaten in the blender and sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Finally, place the creamy chicken in a bowl, make a layer of mozzarella cheese on top and bake at 180º for 20 minutes.
- Finish with straw potato to taste and it's ready!
